Returns & Exchanges.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Items that are made to order, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalised orders
• Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Incorrect size orders placed by the customer

Conditions of return. 
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs including faulty items. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If goods arrive in a damaged condition, are incorrect, or there are any shortages, it is your responsibility to inform me within 30 days of receipted delivery in order to obtain an exchange or refund. Postage, Insurance & Timelime
We offer 3 postage options;

Royal Mail UK Standard 1st - This is untracked at your risk and is typically a 1-2 day service. This service includes up to £20 insurance.

Royal Mail UK Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - Tracked. This service includes up to £500 insurance.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING NEXT DAY DELIVERY - Special delivery guaranteed by 1pm does not mean you will recieve your order on the next day after placing your order as we still have to make your item. Orders are ready for dispatch between 2-3 working days depending upon what time your order is placed.

International Tracked - This service is tracked from door to door & they aim to deliver within 5-7 day (Europe) This includes insurance up to £50. Please allow up to 4 weeks for long haul.

We aim to have all products prepared for sale next working day then they will be packaged and posted. This is when the estimated delivery day will start.

We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or delay once it as been posted. However, we will do all we can to help.

When will it be posted?
Your order will be posted the next working day after your order has been placed.

As most of the items are made to order or can be personalised, all invoices must be paid in full before work commences. You are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period on personalised goods, BUT, if the work is started within this time it may not be possible to fully refund, and if specific items are purchased for your item with the 14 days, you may be eligible for a refund minus the cost of said items.

What if my order does not arrive?
We only use Royal Mail for shipping. All orders are insured to a value covered in our postage, insurance & timeline policy. It is the customers responsibility to choose the correct postage for your order value. If it does not arrive you (the customer) will be responsible for putting in a 'loss claim' with Royal Mail. As a business they will not pay us the retail value or labour for making your item. If you are desperate for the order you will need to place another order whilst your claim is being processed.
